Create supporting documentation for requirements. Develop knowledge of Business Processes across industry verticals and solutions. Understand and apply principles that enhance user experiences on applications.Create test plans and test cases, conduct testing to verify the completeness of developed solutions. Work on projects that span multiple technologies. Handle support requests with a high level of responsiveness to clients. Create training documentation and conduct user training sessions. Required: At least 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst of CRM, ERP or other applications. Exposure to agile methodologies and scrum practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be able to work independently with direction from project and engagement managers and consultants.Reasonable understanding of the Salesforce product suite preferred. Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.Be able to join immediately.Desired:BA certification like CBAP, Salesforce BA, or something similar.Hands-on on JIRA or other tracking tools.Healthcare Domain experience.
