We are seeking a Senior Manager, Insight & Reporting for Group Internal Audit’s (GIA) COO function to help GIA in its mission to be the World’s Leading Audit Team. The individual will be responsible, with their team, for maintaining and improving GIAs Management Information, including data, dashboards and processes, to provide high quality insight on GIAs performance to the Audit Executive Team, The Banks Group Management Team, and Group Audit Committee. The qualified individual will develop the MI and reporting strategy and play a key role in driving innovation across the function. Key Responsibilities This individual will be responsible for the following: Support the Audit Director, Operations in executing the MI and reporting strategy to drive innovation across how MI is developed and used by the function to make better decisions, deliver change successfully, manage our risks and improve our performance.Drive change and innovation, and support the delivery of wider function change initiatives; working closely with the initiative leads and the wider GIA COO team stakeholders on regular basis.Facilitate and supports the continuous improvement of MI & reporting processes including self-service MI, collecting and responding to feedback.Promotes the use of MI and reporting, through dashboards and presentations. Contributes to the performance of the function by providing world class insight through verbal presentations and communication.Contribute to the design and implementation of effective continuous monitoring and auditing strategiesEmbrace the agile philosophy and continuously seek feedback for continuous improvementDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Skills and Experience Data analysis techniques -Expert Project management and analytical problem-solving skills -Advanced Change management and communications -Advanced Stakeholder management -Advanced Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in data analysis (particularly MI and reporting) preferably with internal audit, a risk function, a control function and/or previous experience in analysing business processes in a financial services environmentA Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageousDemonstrated record of successful, high impact change projects and outcomes in large and complex, multi-geography, multi-disciplinary projects, and a strong team playerHighly entrepreneurial with a high level of energy, dedication and an unrelenting drive to deliver value, with a track record in creative and successful problem-solvingGood understanding of analytics, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence, and proven ability to understand problem statements and identify opportunities for use of these techniques.Outstanding communication skills, both oral, written and presentation.
