Financial Management & Reporting - Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies. - Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow to maintain financial stability. 2. Leadership & Team Management - Supervise, mentor, and train junior accountants. - Delegate tasks efficiently to maintain productivity and meet deadlines. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. 3.
