ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting and reportingPrepare monthly and quarterly reporting for management and investors, including financial reports, presentations and dashboardsBuild and refine detailed financial models that forecast and analyze expenses in order to fully understand sources of variance, improve forecast accuracy and advise the business on performance improvementAnalyze financial results, distill/synthesize key trends, assess current and future business riskWork with Accounting team in monthly close process to ensure timeliness and accuracy of entriesPartner with business teams across the company, establishing trust, building relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of financial priorities and driversPartner with Business Intelligence (BI) team to build and maintain financial and operational reporting toolsParticipate in new FP&A initiatives, including ad hoc analysis and process improvementSupport the strategic/long range planning process by providing financial insights and analysisOther duties as assigned2. Experience2+ years of relevant work experience in Finance preferably in high-growth companies in the technology or internet sectors with an understanding of corporate finance or a combination of education and experienceExperience with financial systems, particularly Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and NetSuiteExperience with Looker or other Business Intelligence Platforms, a plusSaaS experience preferred3. SkillsStrong financial and operational planning skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience preparing presentations and visualizationsAbility to multi-task effectively, working in team environments or independentlyStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free workFlexibility and adaptability to shifting prioritiesExperience driving Opex forecasting and reporting processes preferredGoogle Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Excel skills required4. Education, Certifications, LicensesBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.5.
